Q:Using the smart thing hub, the ZW97M could only recognize two switches, but cannot recognize the two switches, how to solve it?

A: Hello, sorry, due to the upgrade of Smart thing, there is a problem that the two switches cannot be recognized.

Please click the link below to download the new driver.

https://bestow-regional.api.smartthings.com/invite/Qrjp69GWO42q

After opening the link, log in to your Smartting account.
After logging in to your account, click the Enroll button.
Then ST App Hub could see the newly installed driver after a few minutes.
If there are multiple drivers to choose from, please select the driver you need in the driver page of the device. If this kind of device has multiple switches dynamically added, it is best to delete the irrelevant driver from the driver page in the Hub, and only keep the ones you confirm to use, and then connect the device.
Let's see if it could be connected to two switches, thank you.
